Grace Copy Writes provides professional copywriting services including website copy, sales pages, email sequences, social content, brand messaging and case studies. All services are delivered digitally. No physical product is delivered at any stage.
A service engagement is confirmed when payment is received in full via the Stripe payment platform. Work begins after payment confirmation and brief agreement, typically within one business day of payment. The delivery timeline stated on the package applies from the date the confirmed brief is received, not from the payment date.
The client is responsible for providing accurate and complete brief information. Revision rounds are included as specified in each package. Additional revision rounds beyond those included may be purchased at the hourly support rate. Grace Copy Writes is not responsible for delays caused by incomplete briefs or late client feedback.
Upon receipt of full payment, all intellectual property rights in the delivered copy transfer to the client. Until payment is received in full, all rights remain with Grace Copy Writes. We reserve the right to list the project as a portfolio reference (without disclosing confidential information) unless the client requests otherwise in writing.
We treat all client information as confidential. We do not share, sell or otherwise disclose client project information to third parties except as required by law or for essential service delivery (such as file transfer services).
Grace Copy Writes is not liable for business outcomes resulting from the use of delivered copy. Our total liability in connection with any service is limited to the amount paid for that specific service.
These terms are governed by Spanish law. Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of Barcelona, Spain.
