All Grace Copy Writes services are delivered digitally. No physical product is produced or shipped at any stage. Final files are delivered by email to the address provided at checkout.
Timelines begin when we confirm the brief in writing, not from the payment date. Delays caused by incomplete client briefs or late client feedback do not extend our delivery commitment.
Standard delivery is DOCX. PDF, Google Docs format or plain text is available on request at no extra cost. Email copy is formatted for your platform on request. HTML delivery is available for web copy at no extra cost.
Every delivery includes a short craft note explaining the key decisions made: why the headline was chosen, how the structure was decided, and what the copy is trying to do. This makes revision rounds more efficient and gives the client team a reference for future consistency.
Revision rounds are included as specified in each package. Revisions must be requested within 7 days of delivery of the draft. After 7 days, the draft is considered accepted.
